Zuko includes reporting and direct-message blocking tools for situations where communication becomes inappropriate or concerning. These tools do not replace emergency services, legal advice, therapy, or crisis support.

Who can see information in my Zuko workspace?
Shared workspace information is available only to the approved participants connected to that workspace. A Zuko account does not provide access to unrelated families, workspaces or records.
Can my co-parent see my accountability records?
No. Accountability records are creator-scoped and are not shown to the connected co-parent. You decide whether to include relevant private records in a report or export and what you do with the resulting file.
What happens when I block direct messaging?
Blocking stops new direct messages between the connected parents. Existing messages and shared parenting records remain available so the history and other coordinated workflows are not erased.
What happens after I report a message?
The report and the information needed to review it are made available to authorized Zuko safety personnel. Reporting does not notify emergency services and does not replace urgent safety, legal or professional support.
Can a therapist, lawyer or social worker see my workspace?
Not automatically. A professional does not receive access simply because they work with a parent or family. Users control permitted access and what they choose to share outside Zuko.
Does Zuko’s AI send or change my messages automatically?
No. AI assistance can suggest clearer or more neutral wording, but you decide whether to use a suggestion, edit it or send the message.
What happens to information when I close my account?
Account closure removes normal account access after the applicable cancellation period. Some shared records or limited information may be retained where necessary to preserve workspace integrity, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, maintain safety or support backups and recovery.
