Requesting account closure
Account closure is requested from the Zuko mobile app.
Before confirming, Zuko explains the cancellation window and the effect the request has on normal app access.
Cancelling a closure request
During the cancellation window, you can sign in and cancel the closure request if you change your mind.
After the closure window ends, the closure becomes permanent.
Shared records and retained information
Some shared records or limited information may remain where needed to preserve workspace integrity, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, maintain security, or support backup and recovery processes.
