Account Deletion

How account deletion works in Zuko.

Zuko supports account deletion requests, however certain shared records may remain where necessary to preserve shared workspace integrity, authorized participant access, security, or platform operations.

Deletion process

Deletion happens in stages.

Request deletion

Deletion requests are initiated from inside the app within your profile settings.

7 day grace period

Your account enters a pending deletion state for 7 days. During this period you may cancel the request.

Deletion execution

After the grace period, account access is removed and eligible account information is deleted or anonymized where possible.

Some information may remain inside shared workspaces.

Because Zuko operates using collaborative workspaces between authorized participants, deleting all information may affect records relied upon by others.
