Reporting a concerning message

Use the reporting controls in a conversation when a message is concerning, inappropriate, or raises a safety issue.

Choose the reason that best describes the concern and add only the details that are needed for review.

A report is sent to Zuko Safety for review. It is not a replacement for emergency services, legal advice, therapy, or crisis support.

Blocking direct messaging

Blocking direct messaging stops new direct messages while existing messages and shared parenting records remain available.

Use this control when you need more space or a clearer boundary around direct communication.
