The Parent Education Programme is a general parenting programme, not a service designed only for separated or co-parenting families. Court-annexed mediation applies to eligible filed cases. Confirm current eligibility and availability directly.

Available support
A Ministry of Education Transformation programme for parents and caregivers who want practical skills for communication, positive parenting, child development, resilience and managing stress.
Government social-work services can assist individuals and families experiencing social or family difficulties. Contact the Department to ask what support or referral is suitable.
Mediation may be available in eligible family-law or matrimonial proceedings after a case has been filed. It is not a general public parenting programme.
How to start
Use Parent Education for general parenting skills, Welfare for social-work support, or ask the court about mediation when a relevant case has been filed.
