First, identify where you purchased

The refund process depends on the payment channel. Check the transaction history in your Zuko portal or the purchase history in the app store where you subscribed.

Cancelling stops a future renewal. It does not automatically refund a charge that has already been made.

For a Zuko web purchase

Open Portal, then Billing. Find the successful Zuko web transaction and select Request refund. Your email app will open with the transaction reference, date, and amount already included.

Add a short explanation of the reason for your request and send it from the verified email address on your Zuko account. Do not include your password, full card number, security code, or other payment credentials.

Please contact Zuko within 14 calendar days of the charge. A request does not guarantee a refund; eligibility is assessed under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

For an Apple App Store purchase

Apple processes refund requests for App Store subscriptions. Start with Apple’s official refund process. Zuko can help explain an account or technical issue, but cannot issue or guarantee an Apple refund.

What happens next

For complete direct web requests, Zuko aims to acknowledge receipt within three business days and provide a decision within ten business days where reasonably possible. An approved refund is normally returned to the original payment method, and posting times vary by provider and bank.
