Where subscriptions are managed
Mobile subscriptions are managed through the app store where they were purchased, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.
If a portal account is offered secure hosted checkout, manage that subscription through the same portal payment channel.
When access changes
Plan access updates when the subscription or entitlement linked to your account changes.
